Returns: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return ALL stock items or item within 30 days from the date of purchase FOR A FULL REFUND , NO QUESTIONS ASKED less all shipping fees and restocking fees. All Returns need to include all the original accessories and instruction manuals and must be in the original box. Items that have cut wires, dents, scratches, show signs of installation or missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please contact your rep so that we may issue a RMA#. All Items are not returnable without an RMA # and subject to a 25% Restocking FEE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER FIXTURES MADE TO CUSTOMERS REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS. Credit may not be issued for returned merchandise held over 90 days from originial invoice date.

Credits and Refunds on returned items will be issued within 5 days from receipt at our processing center after they have been evaluated.

Damaged Shipments:

Always look at your shipment when it arrives if anything is damaged please contact us immediately.Damaged Claims need to be reported within 7 Business days from date of delivery.No Replacements for damaged product will be sent after 7 Days.

Bulb policy; On fixtures that include lamps or state "Lamp Included"  in the description, Contractor Lighting & Supply will not be responsible for diffective or damaged lamps that arrive broken from shipping. If we include the lamps or bulbs they are free with the fixture and are non replaceable.For bulbs that are purchased and arrive broken the customer must contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and file a claim with UPS, Contractor Lighting reserves the right to replace or credit  the customer.

Standard shipping delivery time varies by geographic location. When your order does ship it will ship via UPS ground. For larger shipments (large quantities) we ship by freight companies.

We offer quicker shipping methods including Next Business Day (Call for Pricing), 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business Day shipping.
